Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, and conducting interviews. They will also be responsible for effective communication with candidates and internal teams, as well as recruiting top talent to join our organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Job Description Development
• Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus
• Salary Range: 15k to 30k
• Immediate joiners preferred
