1) Will be handling full recruitment process of the organization
2) Review & keep an updated manpower database of relevant job positions for any upcoming job openings, as per the budget plan.
3) Create the job advertisements and share with relevant groups (internal & external) and get the candidates profiles as per requirement.
4) Conduct initial stage interview and identify the candidates’ skills and invite the candidate for direct / face to face interview in the organization
5) Visit colleges, ITI & conduct campus interviews. Shortlist the candidates and prepare the separate file on the basis of college and course completion year.
Ensure the right candidate is being screened as per the Manpower Requisition Form
6) Make a feedback / background verification before the screening process / first contact.
7) Ensure direct interview is being conducted within 2 days after the screened process
8) Ensure the candidates are aware of the job position, work nature, facilities & salary for the expected position before the interview
9) Ensure the candidates have been aware of the date & time being fixed for the interview, and the interview location has been shared to the candidates before the interview date.
Ensure all the screened / scheduled candidates have arrived on time for the interview.
10) Ensure the candidates have taken the demanded personal documents like resume, educational qualifications, ID Proofs, latest photo etc. for the interview
11) Ensure the candidates have sent for the direct interview or test in the respective departments / sections. And get the interview feedback from the department heads
12) Ensure the selected candidates can be offered the salary package within the limit of the skill matrix & manpower budget.
13) Ensure the selected candidates have given selection / confirmation calls by EOD of the interview date. Share the details of the confirmed candidates, for the offer letter and ensure the offer letter has been sent to the confirmed candidates on same day itelf.
