Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Executive. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for developing job descriptions, managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, recruiting candidates, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Job Description Development and Hiring
• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills
• Proficiency in Recruiting processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the trading or financial industry is a plus
• UK Hiring experience is a must
