Job Description

Sourcing relevant profiles by using job portals, website, referrals, emails etc. for the overseas job opportunities with our Clients.
talking to the prospective candidates on the telephone and mobile,
screening and filtering suitable applicants, documentation, application verification, check their documents and certificates
assisting in arranging interviews, co-ordinate with Seniors and colleagues to ensure smooth functioning
internal database updation
Facilitate client-candidate interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as placements, client satisfaction
Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist team in day to day operations, calling selected candidates for medical, arranging their documentation etc.
