Role Overview:

We are seeking a Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for various departments. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and provide feedback.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
• Assist in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for HR management.
• Ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process for all candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fast-paced industries.
• Knowledge of job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage recruitment priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
