Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Development Manager located in Navsari. The manager will be responsible for recruiting and developing agents in the tied agency channel. Daily tasks include sourcing and recruiting potential agents, providing training and development programs, ensuring agents meet performance standards, and supporting agents in their career growth within the insurance sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development, and Training
• Proficient in Recruiting practices
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry
• Ability to work on-site in Navsari
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in team management and leadership roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
