Recruitment Coordinator

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - **Scheduling and Coordination:** - Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience by managing interview logistics and providing necessary information. You should be able to manage 25-30 schedules per day. - Previous working exposure as a scheduler would be beneficial. - **Candidate Communication:** - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance. - Assist in the development of communication materials for candidates, such as offer letters and onboarding documentation. - Strong communication skills are essential for this role. - **Data Management:** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. - Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics as needed. - **Logistical Support:** - Arrange travel and accommodation for candidates, as required. - Support the onboarding process by coordinating orientation activities and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. - **Collaboration:** - Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to support overall talent acquisition goals. - Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
