  • Identify and engage potential candidates using various online platforms and networking strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Provide market insights and trends to clients to enhance their hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and client interactions in the recruitment database.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales roles.
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills through various platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

Preferred

  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Knowledge of market trends in recruitment.
  • Previous experience in a headhunting role.
  • Professional with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Can work under minimal supervision
