Job Title: Recruitment Associate Bulk Hiring Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Workdays: Monday to Saturday Interview Mode: In-Person (at Office) About the Role: UPRIO is looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Associate with a strong background in bulk hiring to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience , particularly in hiring for high-volume roles across domains like Sales, Teaching, and Marketing . Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring mandates. Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, internal database, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate suitability, and schedule interviews. Coordinate and execute high-volume hiring drives, walk-ins, and in-office assessments. Maintain structured candidate databases and hiring reports. Work closely with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements. Ensure timely closure of positions with high-quality talent. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to bulk hiring . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others. Prior experience in hiring for roles in EdTech, Sales, or Customer Service is a plus.
