Recruitment Associate

As an educator recruitment assistant, your role will involve assisting in both domestic and international educator recruitment and onboarding to meet business requirements. You will be responsible for conducting regular manpower assessments and developing hiring/resourcing plans. Your duties will also include onboarding new educators and maintaining relevant documentation such as training plans, orientation material, and contracts. Additionally, you will support educator deployment by creating CVs, conducting availability checks, and managing contracting processes.
