Role Overview: As a Human Skills Trainer at Kraftshala, your mission is to run Behavioral Skills training sessions for students, helping them discover themselves, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to excel in their CVs and interviews. Your success will be measured by driving placement outcomes, internship-to-PPO conversions, student happiness, and accurate job-market success predictions. Key Responsibilities: - Content Development: Collaborate with the team lead to create curriculum-aligned content focusing on self-awareness, quality work production, open communication, CV creation, and interview preparation. - Training: Execute training sessions for a batch of 60-70 students daily, ensuring they grasp the concepts effectively. - Coaching & Evaluation: Evaluate student submissions, provide feedback, and offer 1-1 support to help students achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in teaching, training, or coaching individuals and groups in formal/semi-formal setups. - Passion for helping people learn, grow, and reach their full potential. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools, along with a willingness to learn new online tools for virtual skill-building. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, recruiting/hiring decision-making experience, and online training experience are desirable but not mandatory.
