Recruitment Associate

As a Recruitment Associate at iTeach, you play a crucial role in the People Operations team by contributing to the secondary education movement and identifying the best talent for the organization. Your responsibilities include: - **Inputs to Strategy** - Collaborate with team leaders to anticipate recruitment needs - Ensure comprehensive data collection and analysis throughout the recruitment process - Conduct field research to understand the requirements of the target audience - Create job descriptions and provide insights for role design based on identified needs - **Recruitment** - Develop strategies for recruiting fresh graduates, lateral hires, interns, etc. - Identify talent pools, nurture relationships, and oversee the application process - Manage the organization's presence on online job portals - Screen and shortlist candidates through online platforms - **Outreach** - Cultivate partnerships with colleges and institutions for recruitment purposes - Collaborate with the Communications team to execute outreach and branding initiatives - **Interviewing** - Streamline the logistics of the interview process and continuously enhance its effectiveness - Coordinate with the HR and Finance departments to ensure timely issuance of offer letters - Foster meaningful interactions and maintain positive relationships with candidates from offer stage to acceptance **Prerequisites** - Required: Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record - Preferred: 2 years of relevant work experience - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills In terms of compensation and benefits, iTeach offers a competitive package ranging from 4.5 to 5.04 LPA CTC, along with industry-leading perks such as PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to 3 lakh PA), paid leave, annual increments, and growth opportunities.
