Role Overview

Recruiting Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (Talent Demand)

• Identify and acquire new client accounts for recruitment services
• Build strong relationships with HR heads, founders, and business leaders
• Pitch recruitment solutions, close deals, and onboard clients
• Work with the founder to expand StaffAnchor’s reach across industries and geographies

Delivery & Fulfillment (Talent Supply)

• Manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
• Understand job roles thoroughly and guide sourcing strategy
• Maintain high standards in candidate screening, evaluation, and coordination
• Own the client relationship during the delivery phase and ensure satisfaction

Operations & Reporting

• Track key metrics: TAT, closure rates, client satisfaction
• Ensure smooth workflow between BD and recruiting teams
• Support in hiring, training, and mentoring the delivery team
• Maintain a balance between speed and quality of hires

Who You Are

• Minimum

  5 years

  of experience in a

  recruitment agency

  , with a strong focus on both

  business development

  and

  delivery

• Proven track record of acquiring clients and delivering mandates across non-tech domains (sales, support, ops)
• Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, client handling, and team management
• Confident communicator with relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who can take ownership and drive outcomes in a startup-like environment
