Summary:

As a recruiting consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the hiring requirements of our corporate clients.

• Responsible for handling IT requirements for our clients
• Understanding client requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client's requirements
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.)
• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
• Strong experience in IT C2H hiring for niche skills
• Making job postings on the Job Portal
• Responsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Candidates should have a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with their business and make sure their hiring pools are always on track.
• Willing to make 50-60 calls a day for sourcing (screening, sourcing & scheduling calls and interviews).
• Must have strong convincing & follow-up with candidates
• Should be able to work under pressure.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Should have experience in recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies.

• Should have 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.

• Any Graduates (preferably a B.Tech or tech background)
• Team player with good time-management skills.
• Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process in full
• Hands-on experience on various job websites or job portals

domestic clients.
