Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
Source, screen, and shortlist
candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate suitability and availability.
Negotiate salary and finalize offers in alignment with company policies.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update reports regularly.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure smooth communication.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in
IT recruitment
and
technical sourcing
.
Good understanding of various
IT skills
(Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight deadlines.
