Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various roles while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and meeting the organization’s talent needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team goals.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to source candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs or campus events when required.
• Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Experience using ATS platforms and HR tools (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
