Experience: 2-5 years in staffing or recruitment preferred Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Salary: Commensurate with experience Job Summary We are seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various client job openings across multiple industries. This role requires a strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and job compatibility Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring client needs Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide timely feedback Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Develop relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier talent Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency environment Proven ability to source and place candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bullhorn, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary with attractive incentive structure.
