Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for various technical positions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles.

-Job Postings & Sourcing: Create and manage job postings on various job boards, social media platforms and internal channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

-Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical and interpersonal skills.

-Candidate Engagement: Maintain clear and regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback.

-Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices to identify potential candidates and sourcing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

-Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or related field.

-Experience: 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring .

-Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and tools commonly used in the industry .

-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical candidates and hiring managers.

-Attention to Detail: Ability to assess candidates technical skills accurately and efficiently.

-Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage job offers and negotiate salaries, benefits and other terms.

-Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

-Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using social media and job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed and others for candidate sourcing.

Desired Skills (Optional):

-Knowledge of sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, job boards and LinkedIn.

-Experience working in an agency or corporate recruitment environment.

-Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
