Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates—especially those with an MBA in Human Resources—to kickstart their career in talent acquisition and HR operations. You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and helping to build a strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Create and maintain candidate databases
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Educational Qualification:

Preferred:
MBA in Human Resources or a related field
