Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, system administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists).
  
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
  
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates technical and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate technical assessments, interview panels, and feedback sessions.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  
• Stay updated on emerging technology trends and competitive hiring practices in the IT industry.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for niche or senior-level technical roles.
  
• Knowledge of modern recruiting metrics and employer branding strategies.
  
• Technical certification or IT background is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Bachelors degree .
  
• Proven experience (1.5 to 3 years) in IT or technical recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, cloud, infrastructure, data).
  
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
