Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various teaching and non-teaching roles in the education sector. Key tasks include posting job adverts, conducting interview sessions, liaising with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Familiarity with job advertisement posting and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
