What Youll Do:

• Understand client hiring needs and execute targeted search strategies
• Source candidates via job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn & networking
• Screen, engage, and evaluate candidates for role fitment
• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, from sourcing to post-offer follow-ups

What Were Looking For:

• 1 year - 3 Year of experience in recruitment (corporate or consulting)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about talent acquisition
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing tools
