Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  • Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates to secure the best possible offer.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interview coordination, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  • Proficiency in using various tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com etc. for sourcing purposes
  • IMMEDIATE JOINER WILL BE PREFERRED
