Role Overview

Location: Mumbai Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    Assist in the full recruitment process, from job posting to final offer.
  • Interview Participation:

    Conduct resume screening and participate in second interviews when needed, offering valuable input during these interviews based on OPQ personality assessments.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from the initial contact through to successful onboarding.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Event Organization:

    Organize and execute recruitment events such as job fairs, tailored to meet specific operational needs and to improve company visibility and candidate attraction.
  • Onboarding:

    Accountable for local new employee day.
  • Reporting:

    Regularly update and consult with the Talent Acquisition Head of MEIA and other stakeholders on recruitment metrics, market conditions, and potential process enhancements.

Preferred Background:

  • Industrial/Technical Experience:

    Hiring experience in production plants (for greenfield facilities) and in commercial sales teams.
  • Industry Background:

    Experience in Bio-Tech, F&B, Pharma, or Pharmaceuticals is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:

  • Post Graduation in Human Resources.

  • Recruitment Efficiency:

    Responds to recruitment needs and ensures quick and efficient hiring processes while maintaining clear and regular communication with all stakeholders, including the hiring manager, the TA Team, and candidates.
  • Event Management:

    Handles recruitment tasks with precision, focusing on event organisation, administrative responsibilities, and providing thorough guidance and feedback to candidates, particularly regarding personality assessments.
  • Organisational Skills:

    Demonstrates a structured and organised approach to work.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction:

    Prioritises stakeholder needs and satisfaction, maintaining high standards for quality and quantity of work.

Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ years of hiring experience in biotech or related fields.

Language Proficiency:

  • Marathi
  • Hindi
  • English

Personal/Behavioral Skills:

  • Decision-Making:

    Sets priorities and allocates resources judiciously, even when faced with difficult decisions.
  • Presentation Skills:

    Confident in presenting to and engaging with diverse audiences.
