Job Description

Mass Hiring Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring across entry-level and mid-level roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate selection processes
Organize and manage walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/ITES mass hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and recruitment tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
Willingness to work flexible hours when required
