Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Chakan. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and performing background checks. The Recruiter will also be involved in developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing and attracting candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals
• Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
