Role Overview:

You will support full life cycle recruitment for the APJ region.
You will have the opportunity to work with the business to establish appropriate talent pipelines and recruitment project plans to meet the needs of the business. Along with this, you will develop recruitment campaigns and strategies to attract candidates from across their region.

About the Role
- Engage regional executives and business unit leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment plan that targets and delivers quality talent on-time.

- Develop and execute a targeted sourcing plan that improves talent quality and leads to efficiency.

Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for executive and key positions across multiple functions and geographies including engineering and sales.

Execute recruitment efforts that achieve predictable metrics for time-to-accept (TTA), time-to-fill (TTF), pipeline and acceptance ratios.

Lead a disciplined screening and selection process with hiring teams and Sourcers that improves the internal talent community.

Develop and enhance relationships with executives, business unit leaders and hiring managers as the main point of contact for all talent acquisition needs, advice and guidance in the region. This includes best practices, data management, reporting, and talent-market forecasting while working closely with our HR COEs and HR Business Partners.

Collaborate in the design and development of corporate recruiting programs and projects such as internship, apprentice and mentor programs and targeted recruitment campaigns.

Coach hiring managers in the areas of candidate sourcing, professional networking, interview and selection techniques, candidate evaluation, and candidate close.

You will set the standard in diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts by mapping talent markets and sharing this knowledge with your hiring teams.

Deliver market data back to Skyhigh Security talent acquisition to create a strategic advantage in the talent marketplace.
About You
This position requires an accomplished recruiter who has a sense of urgency , thrives in a fast-paced, growth and learning environment, and has the desire and track-record of influencing business leaders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have:

3 5 years overall recruitment experience with a minimum of 2-3 years full-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment, and preferably 1+ years working in a contingency or retained search firm environment.

Requires deep technology experience within India and APJ regions.

Growth company experience.

Ability to coach hiring managers in the areas of talent availability and recruiting and sourcing strategies.

Deep experience in full life-cycle recruitment for engineering, sales and/or support positions including senior leadership roles across multiple geographies.

Knowledge of targeted sourcing strategies, expertise in data mining and tools such as LinkedIn and Naukri.

Expertise in behavioral interview methodologies (Topgrading), competency models (Korn Ferry) and profile approaches (ICCE).

Metrics driven approach to full life cycle recruitment.

A quick learner and desire to grow professionally.

Experience with Workday or other enterprise-class ATS s and Google tools.
