Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for SAP roles (Functional, Technical, Integration, BTP, S/4HANA, etc.)
Understand
job requirements deeply
and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Source candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Perform
initial screening
to assess technical fit, experience relevance, and communication skills
Shortlist and present
high-quality profiles
to hiring managers with clear justification
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage follow-ups
Maintain strong
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
Work closely with hiring managers to close positions within defined TATs
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
