About the Role

BPO Recruiters

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Hire for

  high-volume roles

  such as Customer Support, Chat/Email, Back-office, Sales Support, and Collections.
• Support hiring for

  mid-level roles

  including Team Leads, QA, Trainers, WFM, MIS, and Support Staff.
• Source talent through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and local networks.
• Build strong pipelines in

  Tier-1 and Tier-2/3 locations

  .
• Evaluate candidates for communication skills, process fit, stability, and role readiness.
• Maintain daily/weekly

  recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards

  .
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and manage drop-offs, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2–5 years

  of hands-on experience in BPO/CX recruitment (voice + non-voice).
• Proven ability to close

  50–100+ hires/month

  depending on role type.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience sourcing for voice processes, blended roles, and support positions.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri/Indeed/Shine & others etc.), Excel/Sheets, and ATS tools.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
• Graduation preferred; undergraduates with strong experience may also apply.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience hiring in

  Tier-2/3 markets

  (e.g., Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Raipur, Nagpur).
• Exposure to hiring multilingual talent or semi-technical support roles.
• Experience conducting walk-ins, mass drives, or campus hiring.
