Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the

    full recruitment lifecycle

    : sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and closing candidates.
  • Partner closely with

    hiring managers and business leaders

    to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Build and manage strong

    stakeholder relationships

    through clear communication, regular updates, and expectation alignment.
  • Use a mix of

    active and passive sourcing

    methods including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social networks, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interview processes, schedule discussions, and ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Maintain and update

    ATS / recruitment trackers

    , ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide

    market insights

    , talent availability data, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams on offer management, negotiations, and onboarding handovers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related fields (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a

    Recruiter

    in

    Pharma and/or Finance and/or Tech

    hiring.
  • Strong understanding of domain-specific roles (e.g., R&D, regulatory, finance operations, engineering, product, etc.).
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATS tools

    , job portals, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present data-driven insights.
