About Us

PGT Control, a company headquartered in Germany, carries out independent samplings and other food-related services worldwide. It is looking, starting from 15/01/26, for a Recruiter for the recruitment of new employees from home (home office).

Role Overview

We are seeking a experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates based on defined criteria. Another key responsibility will be to prepare selected candidates for their start of their work. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of modern recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews by phone calls with candidates in english - worldwide
• Evaluate applicants based on established requirements and company criteria
• Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment documentation
• Prepare selected candidates for their start of their work
• Collaborate with CEO to refine job descriptions and hiring needs
• Represent the company professionally and positively throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• High-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience in recruitment of at least 3 years
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and accurate job postings
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Ability to work under time pressure
