Job Description

Source and recruit qualified trainers for Java Full Stack, Python, Data Science, AWS, DevOps, Testing, and other IT / Non-IT modules. Conduct initial screening through phone or video interviews to assess trainer capabilities and communication. Coordinate demo sessions, onboarding, and scheduling. Build and maintain a strong trainer pipeline to meet current and future training needs. Post jobs on various platforms and social media groups to attract potential trainers. Maintain trainer database and regularly update availability status. Collaborate with training coordinators and sales teams to fulfill batch requirements.
