The HR Executive position based in Lucknow requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in HR, with a graduate qualification being mandatory. As an HR Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and select qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and position requirements, sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media, and professional networks, reviewing and evaluating resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment position, along with a strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
