Internship

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and selection: Assist in screening, recruiting, and onboarding candidates for fundraising positions within the organization. Coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitate induction meetings, and respond to inquiries from stakeholders.

2. Data analysis: Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, track recruitment metrics, and provide insights for process improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and stakeholders.

3. Daily operations support: Support the daily operations of the HR department, including managing recruitment dashboards, supervising WhatsApp groups of interns and providing administrative assistance as needed.

4. Relationship Management: Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Facilitate communication, address inquiries, and provide updates on recruitment status.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring interns, team members, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment efforts with organizational goals, and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

1. Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Ability to work independently

4. Strong organizational and time management skills

5. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

6. Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

7. Knowledge of animal welfare and related issues is a plus
