About the Role

Remote IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
only for Australian clients
.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
Collaborate with hiring managers in Australia to understand job requirements and expectations.
Conduct candidate interviews, manage salary negotiations, and ensure successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring.
Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in IT recruitment
.
Mandatory experience hiring for the Australian market
(local talent sourcing, compliance knowledge preferred).
Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and market trends in Australia.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in early morning shifts (4:00 AM IST onwards).
Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level IT positions in Australia.
