Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Koyame Venture LLP, located in Surat, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Your role will also involve coordinating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs, maintaining candidate databases, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
