Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Proactively contribute to enhancing recruitment strategies and streamlining processes for improved outcomes. Preferred candidate profile : Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within a recruitment agency or consultancy setting. In-depth knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and a range of recruitment tools. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with candidates and stakeholders. Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and timely results. Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms to streamline the hiring process.
