Job Description

Position: Intern – RecruiterLocation: Onsite, BangaloreDuration: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Intern to assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn the full recruitment cycle and support our hiring team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
  • Source potential candidates using online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability based on predefined criteria.
  • Interview Coordination and Onboarding Support
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and interviewers.
  • Assist with documentation and onboarding tasks for selected candidates.
  • Applicant Tracking and Communication
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate progress using the applicant tracking system or designated tools.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication with all candidates throughout the process.
  • Collaboration and Quality Alignment
  • Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Align recruitment activities with defined hiring quality standards.
  • Outreach and Network Expansion
  • Leverage online platforms and professional communities to expand outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.
  • Reporting and Updates
  • Share regular updates on recruitment progress, including metrics on sourcing, interviews, selections, and onboarding.
  • Highlight any hiring challenges or bottlenecks to the recruitment team.
  • Hiring Target
  • Support the recruitment team in meeting agreed-upon monthly or quarterly hiring targets by maintaining a steady candidate pipeline and proactive follow-ups.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support other recruitment tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media recruiting is a plus.
