Recruiter Intern

Hi,

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and exposure to corporate HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
• Assist in collecting interview feedback and preparing evaluation forms.
• Handle day-to-day recruitment coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation (preferably in HR, Management, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
