Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the client's business, their competitors, and the specific

    job, position, and skill set

    requirements.
  • Source profiles

    as per client requirements, with the help of a recruiter.
  • Interview shortlisted candidates

    and arrange various levels of interviews (Telephonic, F2F, Video) with clients.
  • Coordinate with the Team Lead and candidates

    throughout the process, from sourcing until joining and through the replacement period.
  • Conduct daily research on profiles and clients for better delivery.
  • Meet targets

    and ensure timely submission of MIS/Reports.

Skills & Qualifications

    Graduate / PG

    with experience in

    Non-IT recruitment

    Fresh MBA

    aspiring to build a career in recruitment.
