As a Recruiter Intern at our company located in Navi Mumbai, you will embark on a 6-month internship where you will delve into the realms of recruitment, social media management, SEO, content writing, and client coordination. Your primary responsibilities will include actively participating in social media management and SEO tasks to bolster our online presence. You will be crafting and disseminating captivating content related to recruitment and industry trends. Additionally, sourcing potential candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events will be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will liaise with clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the recruitment process. Crafting and comprehending job descriptions to allure suitable candidates for various positions, screening and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria, as well as scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers will also be part of your duties. Keeping precise and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities will be essential to ensure smooth operations. To thrive in this role, you should either be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English is crucial. You should exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with candidates and clients. A basic understanding of social media platforms and SEO principles is required, and a creative mindset to generate engaging content is highly valued. Being organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with recruitment tools and software are essential skills for this position. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in recruitment, social media management, or content writing, along with knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
