Job Description

Voice Process Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates with 2.5+ years of experience
Source and screen candidates for voice process roles (inbound/outbound, domestic/international).
Candidates from staffing agencies are highly preferred
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess communication skills and job fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
Participate in job fairs, walk-ins, and recruitment drives as needed.
