You will be joining Peklenc, a newly launched funded venture dedicated to empowering businesses through cutting-edge AI and technology research. As a Recruiter (HR) based in Delhi, India, your primary responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly for live call support roles. This includes tasks such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the hiring process. It is essential for you to have prior experience with AI tools such as HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, and Seekout. Your daily tasks will involve utilizing AI tools for resume screening, skill assessments, and communication testing. You will also play a key role in developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to address staffing requirements. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: - Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates - Proficiency in utilizing new age AI tools for HR recruiters like HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout or similar - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers - Understanding of employment laws and regulations - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Previous experience in the HR or recruiting industry is considered a plus Join Peklenc where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission of leveraging AI and technology to drive business success while honing your recruitment skills in a dynamic environment.,
