At Peklenc, we are dedicated to building exceptional teams and fostering comprehensive professional growth. As a Recruiter (HR) based in Delhi, India, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, primarily focusing on live call support roles. Your duties will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. It is essential that you have experience working with AI tools such as HireVue, HireEZ, Vervoe, myInterview, Seekout, or similar platforms. Your daily tasks will involve utilizing AI tools for resume screening, skill assessments, and communication testing. This includes developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining the applicant tracking system and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software is crucial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. A good understanding of employment laws and regulations is important, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in the HR or recruiting industry would be advantageous.,
