Recruiter (Fresher)

You will be joining Venture Quest as a full-time Recruiter (Fresher) on-site. In this role, your main responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, organizing interviews, and supporting onboarding procedures. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp recruitment requirements and contribute to creating a skilled workforce. To excel in this position, you should possess expertise in Recruitment, Sourcing, and Candidate Screening, as well as familiarity with Interview Coordination and Onboarding processes. Effective communication, strong interpersonal abilities, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. A basic understanding of HR processes is required, along with a genuine passion for guiding individuals towards rewarding career paths. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
