Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and hire hourly-level talent for retail and service roles
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews with professionalism and confidence
• Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates in English (verbal & written)
• Use ATS tools to manage pipelines and track progress independently
• Maintain accurate data in Excel and recruitment trackers
• Craft short, professional messages to ensure positive candidate experience
• Work towards and meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
• Adapt to evolving business needs with a problem-solving mindset

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience for US Clients (hourly or high-volume preferred)
• Strong phone presence and ability to represent the company confidently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated
• Professional appearance and demeanor for video interviews

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned to U.S. hours
