Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Understand hiring requirements by collaborating with department heads and managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, and cultural alignment).
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, track key metrics, and ensure timely updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of ATS or recruitment tools (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
