Job Description

Overview:

Recruiter/ HR Executive is responsible for driving the strategic and operational aspects of recruiting top talent for the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references, and recommending qualified candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Conducts regular follow-up meetings with managers and business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Actively develops and maintains a pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs
  • Utilizes creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting/interviewing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Works with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to candidates.
  • Work with the team and business leaders to develop a strategy that builds proactive talent network.
  • Infuse technology and operational improvements throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle that improve key recruiting metrics and drive business results.
  • Develop trusted and meaningful relationships with Business leaders and managers to continually evaluate and improve the talent acquisition processes.
  • Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process in an expedient manner.
  • This individual will frequently be required to perform multiple demanding tasks simultaneously and must demonstrate experience and judgment to effectively manage these situations.


Relevant experience and educational requirements:


  • Bachelors/master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in both IT & Non-IT.
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment and strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong understanding of ATS platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, ICIMS etc.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
