Job Description

Job Summary:

Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple locations and time zones.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
Assist in screening resumes and identifying potential candidates.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Prepare and send offer letters and coordinate background checks and other pre-employment activities.
Collaborate with recruiters and HR team members on recruitment strategies and reporting.
Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, social media, and recruitment events.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing interview agendas, travel arrangements for candidates, and meeting coordination.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, etc.).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-volume recruiting or working in a corporate HR environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
