Conduct thorough research on potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other resources. Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for the role, ensuring a high level of quality control. Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates to secure the best possible outcome for clients. Provide consultative sales support to clients by offering tailored recruitment solutions. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in IT staffing or related field (head hunting). Strong sourcing skills with ability to find hard-to-find candidates. Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other online tools for candidate research and outreach.
